Notice is hereby given that the Town Council will consider adoption of the following named and described ordinance(s) during its meeting indicated below at the Town of Castle Rock, Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox, Castle Rock, CO 80104.  Proposed ordinances are posted not later than five calendar days prior to the Council meeting date.

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council adopted the following named and described ordinance(s) during its meeting indicated below at the Town of Castle Rock, Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox, Castle Rock, CO 80104.  Adopted ordinances are posted within five business days after adoption and remain posted for thirty days post-adoption.

May 5, 2020 Town Council meeting

 

Adopted:  An Ordinance Annexing to the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado a 8.37 Acre Property Located in the South Half of the South Half of the North Half of Section 26, Township 7 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Douglas County, Colorado (Alexander Place Annexation) (ORD 2020-001)
The adopted ordinance annexes into the Town's municipal boundaries a 8.37 acre parcel located adjacent to the Montana Vista office building and north of the Echo Ridge at Metzler Ranch Apartments.

Adopted:  An Ordinance Approving the Alexander Place Planned Development Plan and Zoning Regulations (ORD 2020-002)
The adopted ordinance approves an age restricted senior private housing development consisting of duplexes, single family residences and a residential apartment building.  Phase II construction will include an assisted living and memory care component with the intent to provide an 'age in place' residential option.

Adopted:  An Ordinance Amending Chapter 13.04 Sewer System; Prohibited Discharges by Adding a New Section 13.05 Grease Interceptors Required (ORD 2020-004)
