MAC Youth and Adult Athletics

The Miller Activity Complex offers a full array of indoor sports programs for all ages. Sports leagues are offered year round for both adults and youth.

Adult Athletics

Adults can get active and stay healthy by participating in sports like indoor soccer, arena flag football, and our indoor golf simulator. Our leagues include Men’s, Women’s, Coed, Recreational, and Competitive.

Adult teams  

Minimum age of 18 at the start of the season. Men’s teams will play four vs. four and coed will play six vs. six. 


Will consist of eight league games and at least one tournament game.


$450, deposit of $100 must be paid during registration. Full payment is due by the second week of play.


All players must be registered on a team before week six of play. This includes either onsite registration via a waiver, or online registration at teamsideline. Any player not on the roster at that point will not be eligible to play. All players must sign up online before playoffs start. Anyone not signed up online will not be eligible to play in the playoffs.

Registration deadline

Registration will open Jan. 1 for the league starting in March.  


Winter leagues are organized below:
  • Tuesday: coed (six vs. six) 
  • Thursday: men’s (four vs. four)

Youth Athletics

Our youth programs are designed to offer participants a variety of activities and sport leagues in a fun, safe, and well supervised environment. Our leagues consist of indoor soccer, indoor golf, blastball where kids are introduced to the sport and allow them to practice and showcase their skills in game or tournament situations. We offer classes in multiple activities ranging from fencing to archery and many more.

Beginner Archery (ages 7-17)

Get introduced to the wonderful sport of target archery. USA Archery certified instructors will teach students using
the National Training System as they learn to shoot Olympic-style recurve bows. 

Fee: $45 ($60 nonresident)

Intermediate Archery (ages 7-17)

Designed for the archer who has already completed the beginner training, this class will take a deeper dive into the National Training System. Archers will improve their arrow groups and have fun as they take their archery skills to the next level.

Fee: $45 ($60 nonresident)

Advanced Archery Team (ages 7-17)

Learn all about competitive target shooting in this advanced archery class focused on improving accuracy and preparing for competition. Members of this team will learn advanced shooting techniques, mental management, nutrition, tournament prep, and archery specific physical conditioning. This program is intended to be an ongoing program for archers looking to push their skills to the next level.
(Coach approval required after successful completion of Intermediate Archery)

Fee: $55 ($70 nonresident)

Rugby (ages 7-13)

This program will introduce and teach participants the core rugby skills: passing and spatial awareness; breakdown and tackle
technique; attacking and defensive strategy; and rucks, scrums, mauls and lineouts. All equipment provided.
