Wagonwheel Trail

During summer 2018, crews will be working to reconstruct Wagonwheel Trail. They will remove the existing concrete and replace it with asphalt.

Work is expected to start on May 29 and last through Aug. 3.

We appreciate your patience! Construction will be completed in four sections. During that time, various sections of the road will be closed to through traffic, but residential access will be maintained. Crews will start at Enderud Boulevard and work up to the eyebrow cul-de-sac.

Please see the below map for an estimated timeframe.

Please know all construction schedules in Colorado depend on weather. The Town will update this page as construction progresses. Or, sign up for emails and watch for updates from the Town on Nextdoor.

About annual roadwork

This work is part of the Town's annual effort to maintain our investment in infrastructure. In all, the Town will invest $11 million in street maintenance this year. The funding is primarily from the Town's Transportation Fund, which includes revenues from sales tax, motor vehicle tax and building use tax.
