Before each virtual Town Council meeting, the public will have the opportunity to submit comments on public hearing items online. Comments received will be forwarded to Council and included as part of the public record for the meeting.
We also encourage those wishing to address the Council on public hearing items live during virtual meetings to sign up ahead of time to speak, in order to maximize meeting efficiency, but not required. Public comments, questions, references, or materials may also be emailed to Town Council directly, and will be included as part of the public record.

The online comment and speaker sign-up period for the upcoming Town Council meeting has closed. Those wishing to participate may attend the meeting live, remotely or in-person at Town Hall Council Chambers. Please see more information at CRgov.com/CouncilMeeting.
