hereby given that Milestone Properties, LLC, has made an application for
removal of the local landmark designation on the property at 302-304 N. Wilcox
Street. The property is legally known as Lot 8A, Town of Castle Rock 8th
Amendment. The property was locally landmarked in 1995. A public hearing will
be held before the Town Council at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in the
Town Council Chambers at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N Wilcox St. All
interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the

Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox St.,
