Notice is hereby given that Crystal Valley Ranch Development Company, LLC has made application for the Annexation, a Planned Development Plan and Planned Development Zoning Regulations for Ridge Estates. The property is located south of Crystal Valley Ranch, east of Bell Mountain Ranch and north and west of Seller Creek Ranch. The 70-acre property is legally described as a parcel of land lying in the Northwest ¼ of Section 36, Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.
The proposed annexation and zoning would allow development of 52 single-family lots with a pocket park and two primary road connections to Crystal Valley Ranch. Approximately 15 acres would be set aside as open space. The densities range from .4 to 1.7 dwelling units per acre. In addition to standard infrastructure improvements necessary to serve the site, a water storage tank will be constructed.
The second reading before Town Council into said annexation and zoning will be held on July 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
