Notice is hereby given that Richmond American Homes of Colorado Inc., submitted an application to the Town of Castle Rock for a public hearing with the Board of Adjustment to request a Variance from the front setback in the PD zone to construct a deck in the rear yard of the single family property.
The subject property is addressed as 3634 Makley Circle, Zoned PD, and is also described as Lot 89, Crystal Valley Ranch 11th Flg.
The public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, July 15, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. Public hearing times are approximate. All interested parties are invited to attend.
