Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for façade improvements for the North 30 feet of Lots 4 & 5 and North 30 feet of East 10 feet of Lot 6, all of Block 13, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (also known as The Fort CPA, 407 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado). The application proposes to change the building façade. A public hearing on said application will be held before the Design Review Board on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. The hearing will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. Due to planned renovations in the Town Council Chambers, the meeting will be held in the Town Council Conference Room, adjacent to Town Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of Town Hall. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Town Hall Development Services Department located at 100 N Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, during regular business hours.
