Virtual and In-person Town Council: Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan (SDP) for Lot 1 Heckendorf Ranch, Filing No. 2, Amendment No. 3, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado, to be known as Canvas at Castle Rock Townhomes. The application is for a 102-unit townhome development on approximately 10.7 acres, currently vacant land, located at 3771 Plum Creek Blvd., Castle Rock, CO 80104.
Previous neighborhood meetings regarding the SDP proposal occurred on July 6, 2020 (virtual), Oct. 15, 2020 (virtual), and on Jan. 12, 2021 (virtual).
Town Council Public Hearing
All interested parties are invited to participate in the Town Council public hearing. Public comments are encouraged.
In-Person
Town Council will hold an in-person public hearing on said application on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic masks and social distancing will be required.

As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, you may virtually participate in the Town Council public hearing. Please use any of the following options to join virtually.
