District Attorney reports no fraud in election petitions

The Town of Castle Rock places a high value on informing the public.

In an effort to do so related to the recall election of District 5 Councilwoman Renee Valentine, the Town is sharing a news release from the Office of the District Attorney, which is linked below.

The release explained the DA has completed its investigation into allegations of fraudulent petitions in the recall election for Valentine. It states, in part, “there were no violations of any criminal election law associated with the petitions…”
