Like you, the Town of Castle Rock is invested in planning for the future. In that effort, Town Council on Tuesday is set to consider adoption of the Town’s Comprehensive Master Plan.The Comprehensive Master Plan is the Town’s overall guiding document. It defines the community’s broad and long-term direction and is used to guide the Town’s growth, development and planning efforts.Over the past year, the Town has been gathering feedback and working to update that plan for 2030. The draft plan is built upon Four Cornerstones: a distinct identity, responsible growth, community services and a thriving economy, which the community confirmed during various outreach efforts related to the update.Planning Commission recommended approval during its public meeting Oct. 12. Town Council will consider the document during its meeting Nov. 14. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St. There will be time for public comment.
