Lane closures are in place, and work has started to install a roundabout at the intersection of Wolfensberger Road and Coachline Road/Plum Creek Parkway. The work is expected to wrap up in October.Four-way traffic flow will continue to flow throughout most of construction. The four-way stop at the intersection will remain in place until the roundabout is complete, though it will change location slightly at certain times during construction. A few full-lane closures are anticipated, but they will occur at night, and delays are expected to be short. The two-lane roundabout is being constructed to increase capacity, safety and efficiency at the intersection. The total cost for the project is $2.1 million, which is coming from growth-related revenues of impact fees and building use tax.Construction will start at the corners of the intersection and then will progress to the center of the road. Please be aware of changing conditions and workers in the area, and use extra caution when traveling through the intersection. Work is anticipated to occur Monday through Saturday for the duration of the project.Rocky Mountain Excavating is completing the work on the Town’s behalf. Questions?
