Ensuring outstanding public safety is a top priority for the Town. Castle Rock Fire and Rescue wants to collaborate with the community on that goal.
The department is working on updating its strategic plan. It needs feedback to make sure the community’s priorities are reflected in the final document. Join the conversation and submit feedback at CRgov.com/fireplan.
Questions about the community’s expectations, priorities and concerns are included in the online form. The information submitted will help guide the department as it develops high-level priorities for the coming years.
The department’s strategic plan is a multiyear document focused on service priorities, expectations, goals and objectives. Castle Rock Fire and Rescue is one of 259 internationally accredited fire departments. Gathering public input to help guide the department’s strategic and financial planning is central to the accreditation process.
Before the plan is submitted to Town Council for final approval, feedback submitted online will be combined with information collected at several open houses held over the last year.
To learn more about the strategic plan, submit feedback or watch the presentation from previous open houses go to CRgov.com/fireplan.
