Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Lots 1-12 and adjacent rights-of-way, Block 32, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (also known as the Encore mixed-use project, located at the Town Hall parking lot and 8, 14, and 20 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado). The application proposes to build a seven story building with retail and office space, 124 for-sale condominiums, and a parking garage. A public hearing on said application will be held before the Design Review Board on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. The hearing will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
