Virtual Design Review Board Meeting:  Feb. 24, 2021 6 p.m.


Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Lot 1, KLN Subdivision, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (Pizza Hut at 340 S. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, “Grandmere Plaza”). The application proposes to demolish the existing Pizza Hut and build an approximately 4,635 square foot retail/commercial building that would include a new, carry-out Pizza Hut.

Previous neighborhood meetings occurred virtually on Sept. 22, 2020 and on Jan. 21, 2021.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044, 2020-045, and 2020-122 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Design Review Board at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. Public comments are encouraged.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please see one of the options below:
